Company-wide cell phone expense reduction

No reimbursements for company use of personal cell phones will be allowed after July 31. In addition, individuals using company-provided cell phones are asked to turn in these phones by July 15 unless they have been granted a specific exception. If you feel that your job absolutely requires the use of a cell phone, please explain why by July 10 in an email to inicorporate@newszap.com, so we can consider your request. All media companies are struggling during the current economic downturn, and we are no exception. We are currently spending tens of thousands of dollars annually for cell phones, even though INI's new phone system makes it easy for anybody to forward their calls and check their messages from anywhere.
